Konstantinos Kollias
Konstantinos Kollias was born in Larissa in 1976. He studied economics at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, obtained a master's degree in Business Organization and Administration (MBA) from the University of Piraeus, and earned a doctoral degree in the same field from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
He is a visiting professor at the Department of Economic Sciences of Democritus University of Thrace, a partner in a consulting firm, a business development advisor for a law firm, and a board member of the company "Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos," where he also served as Chairman of the Audit Committee.
He has previously held the positions of Special Secretary for Privatizations at the Ministry of Economy & Finance, General Director of the Training School for Employees of the Ministry of Finance, Deputy Governor for Greece at the Black Sea Trade & Development Bank, Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Attica Gas Supply Company (EPA), a board member of the Athens Urban Transport Organization (OASA S.A.), economic advisor to the Minister at the Ministry of Economy & Finance, and visiting professor at the Athens University of Economics and Business.
He was first elected President of the Economic Chamber of Greece in February 2014 and, in January 2024, renewed his tenure for the fourth time in this role.
