Dorina Oikonomopoulou

Dorina is a Board Member of the Association of Chief Executive Officers (ACEO), where she leads ACEO’s Leadership Routes initiative. She also serves as General Secretary on the board of the Hellenic Committee of Lloyd’s Brokers Associates. In addition, she has served as a board member of HIBA and as a member of the SEV General Council.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Piraeus, a Master of Science in Sustainability from the University of Winchester and is an NLP practitioner. She is currently a mentor at Endeavor and has also mentored for the Cherie Blair Foundation. She has one daughter.

With more than 38 years in the consulting industry, including 30 years with MMC Group (Marsh McLennan), Dorina is the former CEO of Marsh/Mercer in Greece. She has been member of Marsh European Risk Committee and ESG influencer. Dorina was also recognized as a turnaround CEO for revitalizing Marsh Greece.

She held senior C-suite roles and led significant growth and organizational transformation. She brings over 35 years of experience in risk advisory, transactional services, health and benefits, and more recently, career services across diverse industries.
